As parents raising our two daughters, we experienced firsthand the responsibility and joy of nurturing young lives. Through these early years, we came to understand how deeply environment, guidance, and loving relationships influence the development of character, confidence, and a sense of purpose. This experience revealed the importance of cultivating a vibrant community where children and families feel a true sense of belonging, one that honors childhood and supports children in growing into thoughtful, capable, and compassionate individuals.
From this desire and lived experience, SOL was born. We sought to create a Montessori environment grounded in respect for the child, informed by the science of human development, and inspired by spiritual principles such as service, unity, and the inherent nobility of every human being. SOL exists to support families during the most formative years, offering a place where children are lovingly guided, character is nurtured, and learning unfolds with intention, care, and joy.
